Warranty Policy:

• First login warranty only; within 24 hours, customers must log in to check if the account meets specified requirements and is not suspended. If no login occurs within 24 hours, the warranty becomes invalid. Once successfully logged in and the account is not suspended, the warranty expires.

• No warranty for accounts that have successfully changed information, or for accounts that have successfully logged in without being suspended but face suspension during the process of changing information.

Requirements: Customers are required to change necessary information such as the account password, 2FA, email password, recovery email, and phone.

• After purchasing any account, customers are advised to change their password and email, and log out of all devices.
